"Empowering Growth, Healing, and Becoming Your Best Self"

Theresa Rodriguez
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist/Owner
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 15 years of experience serving individuals, couples, and families across diverse communities. My work in both mental health and substance use treatment has taught me that healing is not linear—it is layered, sacred, and deeply personal. My approach is rooted in compassion, directness, and deep respect for each person’s journey. I hold space for clients to explore their truth, reconnect with themselves, and access the healing potential that already lives within them.
I am passionate about working with individuals from all backgrounds and walks of life, with particular dedication to the LGBTQIA+ community—including transgender and gender-diverse individuals—and those from Indigenous populations. I approach therapy with cultural humility and a trauma-informed, sex-positive lens, ensuring clients feel seen, heard, and safe in their full expression. I believe healing happens when we are allowed to show up exactly as we are—without shame, fear, or the need to perform.
My practice is deeply influenced by the connection between mind, body, and spirit. I believe that healing goes far beyond symptom relief. True transformation comes when we align with our authentic selves, learn to listen to our bodies, and live with intention. I incorporate mindfulness, breathwork, grounding, and other somatic-based techniques to help clients regulate their nervous systems, release stored trauma, and reconnect to their inner resilience. This body-based work is especially powerful for clients carrying complex trauma, chronic stress, or emotional pain that words alone can’t always reach.
Clinically, I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and person-centered strategies. My CBT work helps clients examine and shift unhelpful thought patterns, build emotional regulation skills, and break the cycles that keep them stuck. I often work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, self-esteem challenges, and body image concerns. I believe emotional pain is often a doorway—behind it lie deeper truths, like grief, anger, unmet needs, or suppressed desires, waiting to be acknowledged and healed.
My therapeutic philosophy is grounded in the idea that we are not here to “fix” ourselves—we are here to remember ourselves. Through the therapeutic process, I help clients cultivate deep self-awareness, radical self-acceptance, and the courage to live in alignment with their values and truth. Healing is both an unraveling and a becoming. It is possible. And you don’t have to do it alone.

Melanie Castellari
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist/Owner
As a seasoned therapist and published author, I bring over a decade of experience and a deep commitment to helping individuals and couples create lasting, meaningful change. My work is grounded in an eclectic, holistic approach to mental health—meeting clients where they are with empathy, directness, and unwavering support. I believe healing happens through connection: with ourselves, with each other, and with the parts of us we’ve long ignored or silenced.
I specialize in couples and sex therapy, supporting partners as they navigate communication breakdowns, emotional disconnection, trust ruptures, and challenges around desire and intimacy. Whether you’re healing after betrayal, stuck in conflict, or simply craving more closeness, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where both partners feel seen, respected, and empowered to rebuild connection and rediscover joy in their relationship.
My approach to sex therapy is sex-positive, inclusive, and rooted in deep respect for the diversity of human experience. I work with individuals and couples exploring sexual identity, desire discrepancies, performance anxiety, kink/BDSM dynamics, and the impact of trauma on intimacy. Together, we deconstruct shame, rewrite narratives, and build the kind of intimacy that feels authentic and fulfilling.
With a personal understanding of mental illness and addiction within my own family, I bring lived empathy and a strong trauma-informed lens to my work. I understand how deeply pain and resilience can coexist—and how the path to healing often starts with simply being witnessed without judgment.
My work integrates somatic practices, mindfulness, and evidence-based modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I help clients reconnect with their bodies, access emotional regulation tools, and develop the awareness needed to shift patterns that no longer serve them. I believe trauma lives in the body—and so does healing.
Beyond traditional therapy, I offer coaching for personal transformation. Coaching is for those ready to break through self-imposed limitations and create a life aligned with their highest values. Whether you’re seeking greater confidence, deeper relationships, or a more purposeful existence, coaching provides a space for mindset shifts, clarity, and forward movement.
As a published author, I also draw from my writing and research to inspire deeper reflection and offer clients resources that complement our work together. I see therapy and coaching not as separate from daily life, but as tools for living more intentionally, more fully, and more freely.
Whether you're looking to repair your relationship, reclaim your voice, or rediscover your joy, our work together will center on resilience, connection, and the belief that real change is possible. Therapy isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about uncovering what’s always been within you.
Your story matters. Your healing matters. Let’s begin.
