About Me

If you've ever felt different, out of place, or unsure of how to fully be yourself in the world, you're not alone.

I work with adults, couples, parents, LGBTQ+ individuals, and neurodivergent clients who are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and a life that feels more authentic, meaningful, and aligned. Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, identity exploration, emotional regulation difficulties, burnout, self-esteem concerns, and major life transitions. I also have a special interest in supporting late-diagnosed autistic adults, individuals healing from relational and developmental trauma, and those learning to trust themselves more fully.

At the heart of my work is the belief that healing isn't about becoming someone new—it's about reconnecting with who you've always been beneath the expectations, survival strategies, and stories that may no longer serve you.

My therapeutic style is grounded, compassionate, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, supported, and free to explore yourself with curiosity rather than judgment. Therapy with me is not about fixing you. It's about helping you better understand yourself, strengthen your connection to your inner wisdom, and build a life that feels more aligned with your values and needs.

I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based approaches, ACT, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Neuroaffirmative Therapy. I also incorporate breathwork, nervous system regulation, and other holistic approaches when they support your goals. My approach is always tailored to you, because I believe meaningful healing happens when therapy feels personal, relational, and responsive to who you are.

I often connect with clients who are exploring identity, building self-trust, seeking community, or learning how to live more authentically. Many are creatives, plant lovers, spiritually curious individuals, LGBTQ+ folks, neurodivergent adults, first- and second-generation immigrants, and people who have spent much of their lives feeling misunderstood or like they never quite fit into the spaces around them.

What makes my approach unique is that I balance evidence-based practices with a deeply human and relational style. I believe you should be able to show up exactly as you are—messy, uncertain, hopeful, overwhelmed, or anywhere in between—without fear of judgment or pressure to have everything figured out.

Outside of therapy, I find joy in romanticizing the everyday moments of life. Whether I'm sitting in my garden, making coffee with a dash of cardamom, or sharing a meal with loved ones, I value connection, creativity, and finding beauty in the ordinary. These values naturally shape the way I show up in the therapy room as well.

My hope is that our work together helps you feel more connected to yourself, more confident in your ability to navigate life's challenges, and more trusting of the wisdom you already carry within you. You deserve a life that feels like your own, and therapy can be a place to begin finding your way back to it.
