About Me
First, I want to be clear: you are not broken for needing therapy. We are not broken people; we are human, and sometimes we need space and support to heal from what life has thrown our way.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating. It’s stressful to walk into a space where we’re essentially strangers, with the expectation that you’ll open up and share some of the most personal parts of your life. My goal as a therapist is to help make that process feel safer, more comfortable, and always at your pace.

Therapy with me is not about being told what to do or receiving advice. Instead, it’s a collaborative process where we walk through your experiences together. I aim to create a space where you can feel safe being vulnerable, curious, and honest without fear of judgment. Together, we’ll explore your story from different perspectives and work toward finding tools that help you feel more grounded, empowered, and successful in your everyday life.

I have experience working with a wide range of individuals and communities, including children, adolescents, adults, older adults, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. I take a person-centered and flexible approach to therapy, drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed care, and other evidence-based modalities as they best fit you and your goals. I also have training in grief therapy, art therapy, and substance use counseling.

My work is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and respect for your lived experience. I believe therapy should be as unique as the individual in the room, and I tailor each session to your needs, strengths, and pace. Whether you are navigating stress, grief, identity concerns, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, you don’t have to do it alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
